In Case of Refund:

Customers who have paid online will get their refund back to their source Bank Account. Refund amount cannot be credited to any third-party bank account.

 

In Case of Replacement:

Customer is responsible for returning the product back to us, with exactly the same packing materials along with the warranty tag intact and gifts if any, which were shipped with the product. After receiving the product from the customer, the Quality Check team will take 2 to 3 days to ship the replacement product back to the customer.

 

Received Wrong/Damaged Item:

We have an efficient team that checks the quality of the product and packs them with three layers of cardboard and bubble wrap protection, to ensure the product reaches safely in the customer’s hands. On very rare occasions, there could be a faulty/wrong item delivered.

Upon delivery of a wrong/damaged item, the customer must report the wrong/damaged item within 24 hours after the product is delivered. Since there are chances for customers to use the jewelry and return it, we strictly follow a 24-hour timeline to report wrong or damaged items. Failure to report within this time will result in the return/refund not being considered under any circumstances.

 

How to return the products?

Self Shipping

The customer has to ship the product back to us through a reliable courier service, with exactly the same packing materials and warranty tag intact within the product. After receiving the product, our quality check team will take 2 to 3 business days to inspect the quality of the returned product and refund back to the source Bank Account or as Store Credits to Wallet.

Please Note:

The customer must share the reverse AWB – Courier Tracking Number WITHIN SEVEN DAYS (7 Days) from receiving the product, failing which the product will not be eligible for a 14-day return/refund.

The customer is responsible for packing the products safely to avoid damage during transit. Damaged goods will not be processed for return.
